CARE’s continues to focus its attention on the younger generations and the people who make their mark every day with their social commitment and professional ethics.
We are proud to present the two under-26 promising winners of the Young Ethical Chef Award and the Young Ethical Hospitality Award. Besides receiving a glass trophy created in the Vetroricerca studios, they will also have the chance to work for a month alongside professionals in the same role.

With the support of Marchesi 1824 we are moreover glad to give the Social Responsibility Award to Giacomo Perletti and Matteo Trapletti owner of Contrada Bricconi, an innovative start-up farm.

“We breed 40 Grigio Alpina cows and work daily 200 kilograms of milk. We are also recovering the historic buildings to set up a holiday farm in order to give both our clients and ourselves the real taste of the agricultural product which becomes sharing at the same table”

Since the first edition Marchesi 1824 has supported CARE’s while believing in the same principles of sustainability, protection of the territory and the environment which have found their tangible fulfilment in the project of Contrada Bricconi.
