CARE’s offers training incentives for young people with the Young Ethical Talent Award.
The best young chefs, sommeliers, confectioners and servers will be alternately judged and awarded by the CARE’s chefs.
Besides receiving a trophy the winners will also have the opportunity to work for a month alongside professionals in their respective roles.

The person who has demonstrated outstanding social and ethical commitment in their work will be instead awarded the Social Responsibility Award.
